For this particular project, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing family in North Vancuver. It had come time to sell their family home after 15 years. Needless to say, they saw the potential in the home and asked me to do a renovation that would help obtain maximum re-sale value. And the renovation did just that! This project went through an efficient 3 week renovation and as a result the home SOLD after going into multiple offers for OVER asking price and in ONLY 2 days on market! I had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and on budget.
