The project included a 1,621 sqft luxury waterfront renovation featuring a complete overhaul of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with high-end materials and a large kitchen perfect for entertaining. As all of our projects, permitted and passed all inspections with the City of Vancouver.

The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line Fisher and Paykel appliances, including an integrated fridge and dishwasher, designed to blend seamlessly with the custom cabinetry.

Custom millwork throughout the residence provides both aesthetic appeal and practical storage solutions, enhancing the overall design.

Wide plank engineered white oak hardwood floors run throughout the home, adding warmth and sophistication to the modern aesthetic.
