ABOUT

Located in the heart of Vancouver’s business district, the office break room and kitchen for Spring Financial, located at Bentall Two were redesigned to prioritize employee well-being, collaboration, and efficiency. Amini Construction transformed this workspace into a functional and inviting environment where staff can recharge, socialize, and enjoy their break time in a comfortable setting.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To enhance employee comfort and well-being, we created a break room that promotes relaxation and collaboration through ample seating, optimal lighting, and an efficient layout. Our team also ensured the space was inclusive and accessible for all staff members.

Maximizing space utilization was a key priority, incorporating smart storage solutions, durable commercial-grade materials, and energy-efficient appliances to improve workflow while minimizing maintenance costs.

18ft LONG KITCHEN ISLAND

A central feature of the space, the 18ft long kitchen island provides ample seating on both sides, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all staff members.
