Caviar Skin Clinic partnered with Amini Construction to create a luxury, one-of-a-kind medical aesthetics space in White Rock. Starting with a new shell space, the project called for a fully custom build-out designed to feel more like a high-end sanctuary than a traditional medical clinic.

From the architectural details to the material selections, every element was thoughtfully executed to bring the design vision to life while meeting the practical requirements of a fully functioning clinical environment.

The goal was to create an elevated and welcoming space that would reflect Caviar Skin Clinic’s premium brand while maintaining the functionality required of a modern medical spa. Bringing the more intricate architectural details to life required careful planning, detailed coordination between trades, and precise on-site execution.

Custom millwork was incorporated throughout the clinic, adding a tailored and refined quality to the space. Each element was designed to complement the overall aesthetic while providing practical functionality for both clients and staff.

Arches and curved architectural elements create a softer, more sculptural feel throughout the clinic. These distinctive details add visual interest and help transform the space from a traditional clinical environment into a calming, sophisticated destination.

Plaster wall finishes add depth, texture, and an organic quality to the interiors. The natural variation of the finish contributes to the warm, luxurious atmosphere and creates a unique backdrop for the clinic’s custom details.

The finished Caviar Skin Clinic is a sophisticated, one-of-a-kind medical spa that seamlessly blends luxury design with clinical functionality. The client was beyond happy with both the finished product and the overall construction experience.

Completed on time and on budget, the project reflects Amini Construction’s commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and bringing ambitious design concepts to life.
