1310 Orlohma Place, North Vancouver, one of my favourite projects! I had the pleasure of working with another amazing family! This growing family had just purchased their dream home and needed someone to come in with a vision and transform it into a reality for them. The solution was to strip the home down and build it back up. We offered them a one stop shop for the entire project, from design, structural engineering drawings, permitting, and construction. 

 

This complete interior home renovation only took a mere 3.5 months of construction! We advised the home owners to have us prepare the building permit application process right after closing on the home, prior to taking possession. One of the many ways in which we were efficient in this build! This was an even more impressive accomplishment considering the project took place during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. We took all the proper health and safety protocol measurements as safety is always our number one priority and is never compromised! I had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards, but more importantly, I maintained the health and safety of the home owners, myself, and my crew. This was completed on time and on budget.

 

This is a yet another great example of my dedication to deliver a quality product in an efficient manner and see it through from start to finish in order to ensure full client satisfaction. We are confident that this family will love their, as they like to call it “magazine worthy home” for years to come and fill it with endless family memories.
