Situated in the iconic Palais Georgia tower in Coal Harbour, this project involved transforming a dated condo into a stunning luxury home. Designed with sophistication in mind, every detail—from materials to layout—was completely reimagined.

Working within a residential high-rise, our team coordinated closely with strata and building management to ensure a smooth and efficient renovation process.

The goal was to deliver a high-end home with impeccable finishes and thoughtful functionality. Condo renovations naturally come with challenges—restricted access, noise limitations, and strict strata guidelines—but our experienced team navigated every detail seamlessly.

From the kitchen to the living areas and closets, we installed extensive rift-cut white oak millwork throughout the home. The result is a clean, contemporary aesthetic with exceptional warmth and character.

We fully reconfigured the floor plan to improve flow and usability. Luxury bathrooms, integrated appliances, a redesigned kitchen, Dekton countertops, automated blinds, and a massive walk-in closet brought functionality and elegance into harmony.
