Our clients wanted a home that balanced beauty with everyday practicality — a place where they could raise their family comfortably while enjoying a sense of modern elegance. The project required a complete reconfiguration of the original layout — including relocating the kitchen from the right to the left side of the home — while ensuring seamless flow and functionality across all main living areas. 

The centerpiece of the home is a stunning, high-end kitchen featuring custom white oak cabinetry. This space was meticulously crafted to blend luxury finishes with durable, family-friendly design — offering a perfect balance of form and function for daily living and entertaining. The open concept design was achieved by installing numerous structural beams.

A brand-new entryway from the garage and a thoughtfully designed mudroom were key priorities for the homeowners. These additions have transformed everyday routines, providing organization, convenience, and a welcoming transition space for this busy family. 

The primary suite was completely re-envisioned to include a walk-in closet and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom. With modern fixtures, natural textures, and serene tones, this space feels like a personal retreat — the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. ​
